Servers are provisioned manually by our staff after we verify your payment. During working hours this is typically within 15 minutes; at night it can take up to a few hours. Open a Discord ticket with your payment ID to speed it up.
Every node uses Intel Xeon Platinum 8488C processors (Sapphire Rapids) with DDR5 memory and enterprise NVMe SSD storage. Minecraft is heavily single-thread bound, so we prioritise per-core performance over raw core count.

Yes, on every plan including Wood, at no extra cost. Filtering happens at the network edge so attack traffic never reaches your node, and there is no bandwidth surcharge during mitigation.
Yes. You get full file access via the panel and FTP. Paper, Purpur, Spigot, Fabric, Forge, Velocity, BungeeCord and vanilla are all supported. For large modpacks we recommend Iron (6GB) or higher.
Each plan includes a number of backup slots (1 on Wood up to 6 on Netherite). Backups can be created on demand or on a schedule, and restored from the panel in one click. They are stored separately from your server's primary storage.
Your main Minecraft port is always included. Extra ports let you run additional services on the same server - dynmap, a voice-chat mod (Simple Voice Chat), a query port, or extra sub-servers in a Velocity/BungeeCord network.
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) via QR or UPI ID, plus cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. After paying, submit your transaction/payment ID on the payment page so we can match it to your order.
If we cannot deliver a working server, you get a full refund. Otherwise we offer a 48-hour refund window on first-time orders, provided the server has not been heavily used. See our Terms of Service for details.
Any time. Open a ticket and we will move you to the higher tier, prorating the difference against your remaining billing period. Your world, plugins and configs are preserved.
100% equals one full CPU thread. So 200% means your server can use up to two threads' worth of processing. Minecraft's main game loop is single-threaded, but extra capacity is used for chunk generation, world saving and plugin tasks.
