Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026 · These terms govern your use of Ziayzu Hosting services. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Definitions

“Ziayzu Hosting”, “we”, “us” refers to the service operator. “You”, “Customer” refers to the person or entity purchasing services. “Service” means the Minecraft game server hosting and related resources we provide.

2. Service provision

  • Services are provisioned manually by our staff after payment is verified.
  • Resource allocations (CPU, RAM, storage, backups, ports) are as listed on the plan you purchased.
  • We may perform maintenance that requires brief downtime. Where possible we announce it in advance on Discord.
  • We target 99.9% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our control.

3. Payment and billing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are charged in advance for the billing cycle you select.
  • Payment is due before the service is provisioned or renewed.
  • You must submit a valid payment ID so we can match your payment to your order.
  • Renewal reminders are sent to your registered email and Discord account.
  • Services unpaid for more than 3 days after the due date may be suspended; after 7 days data may be permanently deleted.

4. Refunds

  • If we are unable to deliver a working server, you receive a full refund.
  • First-time orders may be refunded within 48 hours of provisioning, provided the service has not been substantially used.
  • Renewals, upgrades and accounts terminated for policy violations are not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Host, distribute or link to illegal content, malware, or pirated software.
  • Launch attacks (DDoS, port scanning, brute forcing) against any network or host.
  • Send spam, operate phishing infrastructure, or mine cryptocurrency.
  • Run software unrelated to Minecraft game hosting without written permission.
  • Deliberately abuse shared resources in a way that degrades other customers' performance.
  • Host content that harasses, threatens, or endangers others, including content involving minors.

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund. Serious violations are reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Customer responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the security of your panel credentials and for all activity on your server.
  • You are responsible for the plugins, mods and configurations you install, including any licensing obligations.
  • You must keep your contact details accurate so we can reach you about your service.
  • You should maintain your own copies of important world data in addition to our backups.

7. Backups and data

Backups are provided as a convenience, up to the number of slots included in your plan. We make reasonable efforts to keep them available but do not guarantee recovery of any specific data. You remain responsible for your own off-site copies.

8. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, policy violations, or legal requirement.
  • You may cancel at any time by opening a Discord ticket. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • On termination, server data is retained for 7 days and then permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of data, revenue or player base.

10. Trademarks

Ziayzu Hosting is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang Studios. We provide hosting infrastructure only; you must own a legitimate copy of the game.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on our Discord server and by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
